3.2.10 Administrative staff evaluationsThe institution evaluates the effectiveness of its administrators on a periodic basis. Judgment of Compliance Compliance Narrative of Justification As Chief Executive Officer, the President is evaluated annually by the Board of Trustees (Board Development Committee Minutes). The President’s Office evaluates the performance of the Vice Presidents (area heads) on an annual basis. (See Comprehensive Standard 3.2.1.) Performance evaluations are conducted on an annual basis, generally in the Spring of each year.
Evaluations are reviewed by the Director of Human Resources. Evaluations that have an overall all rating of two (unsatisfactory) or below rating are discussed with the manager to insure that guidelines are put in place to address those areas of concern. Supporting Documents
