Bennett College publishes its policies regarding the recruitment and selection of faculty through its Academic Affairs Handbook pp. 11-14.  Those policies include information on definition of faculty, selection procedures, tenure, filling vacant faculty positions, faculty search & screening process, part-time faculty appointments and adjunct faculty appointments of faculty and staff through its Human Resource Office.

The Director of Human Resource published the procedures for staff appointment and employment in the Recruitment and Hiring Procedures document.  The information in this document is shared with all hiring managers during an annual seminar/workshop hosted by the Human Resource Office and explains the business process associated with all recruitment and hiring of faculty and staff.   A variety of other personnel policies and descriptions of benefit programs are also provided.
