The mission of Facilities Management is to provide an attractive, inviting, safe and well-maintained campus environment that is conducive to excellence in education and has a positive impact on recruitment and retention of outstanding students, faculty and staff. The unit focus is the daily maintenance and operations of the College facilities, grounds and utilities systems. Daily tasks include maintenance, repairs and custodial services and associated activities. Facilities Management is also responsible for managing major/minor capital projects.
