Mission Statement:


The Division of Business and Finance has responsibility for the management of functions at the College ranging from finance and accounting to contractual relationships.

 

The following functions are a part of the activities carried out under the auspices of Business and Finance:
Develop and manage the College's Operating and Capital Budgets
Preparation of financial reports for both internal and external constituencies
Management of some aspects of student services, such as: Campus store sales, and Food Service
Management of the acquisition of property and building construction and renovation projects
Managing the College's debt issues and Endowment Funds
Management of the Operation of Buildings and Grounds contract
Management of the campus telephone communication system
Operation of Information Technology and telephone systems
Specifically, the staffs of the Division of Business and Finance serve in the following areas:
Accounting Services
Business Office Services
Facilities Services
Bennett Dining Services
Auxiliary Services (includes postal operations, transportation, copy center, facilities reservation, bookstore, vending, and storeroom/central receiveing)
Construction Services
MIS Department
