Main Collection

Totaling approximately 16,000 square feet, the library houses a collection of over 89,000 volumes, over 100 subscription, and a media over 1,000 items.  In addition to the tradition hard copy resource, access to information via electronic media (including NCLive, JStor, NetLibrary and NewsBank) is also available.

Materials about Bennett College are house in the lower level of the library.

Consortium

Holgate Library is a member of the North Carolina Piedmont Automated Library System (NC-Pals), the merged catalog between Bennett College, Elon University, Greensboro College, Guilford College and Salem College and Academy.
