Web Development Committee

The Web Development Committee will conduct a “content review” each academic year to ensure accurate and up to date information is present on the web page. The Web Development Committee will also determine if photos are suitable for the site. The Web Development Committee will assist in coordination of new projects by providing guidance for new project management and approves and reviews project development, as required.

The team is chaired by the Webmaster and consists of the Director of Communications and the Director of Information Technology Services as well as other constituents of the college to develop a set of guidelines and overall communications strategy for all college related web sites.

Every new website needs to go through a formal review from start to finish by the Web Development Committee. It is at this time that it is placed on the project list with a general description of the project including time lines and content provisions.

Each project will be reviewed by the Web Development Committee before it goes live.
