To create a distribution list, from within Microsoft Outlook select the address book by simultaneously pressing the CTRL, SHIFT and B keys.   It is displayed below.

 

 

 

From within the Address Book, click on File and then New Entry.  A dialog box will appear to ask whether you would like to create a New Contact or a New Distribution List.  Select New Distribution List, as shown below and click on OK.

 

 

In the name field, choose a descriptive name for the list.  Some suggestions might be:

 

The next step would be to select the people that should be in the distribution list.  To do so click on “Select Members”.
