Catalogs of Other Libraries

Holgate Library is in a consortium -- or a cooperative relationship -- with four other local colleges and universities called NC-Pals.  This means that Bennett students, staff, and faculty

can check out most materials from these schools’ libraries.  Materials can be requested via the NC-Pals catalog or can be checked out directly from the various libraries.  Requested materials take 4 to 5 days to arrive at Holgate Library.  You may access the consortium library catalogs below.   

Material can also be checked out from UNC-Greensboro and NCA&T State University if it is not held by the consortium, by retaining a permission form from the Holgate circulation desk.  You may check out up to six items per 21 day loan period from these universities.  You may access their online catalogs below. 

The Greensboro Public Library (Central and Vance Chavis Branch are only blocks from the campus) also has materials available for use.  Obtaining a public library card requires a valid Bennett College ID.  You may access their catalog below.
