The institution’s Compliance Certification states that it maintains appropriate control of physical resources through necessary organizational structures and policies and procedures; however, the supporting documentation does not outline the organizational structure that is responsible for physical resources.  Further, the policies and procedures only address keys.  The Off-Site Committee was unable to determine how fixed assets are recorded or who is responsible for the control of these assets.

In response to the Off-Site Committee’s review of our compliance certification, the physical resources of the College are controlled by the appropriate organizational structures and necessary policies and procedures.  The Facilities Organizational Chart and the full Facilities Policies and Procedures Manual are provided.
