The only league team at Bennett is a member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA). Members of the Bennett team have been recognized as Athletic Academic All Americans and USCAA Players of the Week. The Ida B. Goode Gym is the home of Bennett Belles. The Bennett colors are Navy Blue and White.
Golf

The Bennett Golf Club is an intramural program through which the student athlete may obtain knowledge of the game and ability to play golf with integrity; while using the sport as a means to physical fitness, personal well-being and development of social and business consciousness. General Education credit courses in Beginning and Intermeditate Golf instruction are available. Membership in the Bennett Golf Club - an approved student organization according to the policies of the Office of Student Activities, allows students and staff to obtain non-credit golf instruction and the ability to participate in the annual UNCF/Bennett Golf Tournament. Creation of the Bennett Belle Golf Team as a collegiate level sport for the student athlete is our ultimate goal and focus.
Soccer

An intramural sport at Bennett that uses the Bennett Wellness Complex Multipurpose Field for games and practice. During late fall and winter, practice is inside the Ida B. Goode Gym. Games/Tournaments are scheduled throughout North Carolina.
Softball

An intramural sport with practice and games scheduled with the Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department.
Swimming
Recreational only when student Life Guards on Work Study are available to allow access to the competition sized indoor pool. Credit courses in swimming are part of the college's General Education curriculum.
Fitness
Out-door Tennis Courts, 1/2mile walking track, basketball court, fitness/weight rooms are available to students for recreation and fitness. Credit courses in Fitness are offered as part of the General Education curriculum.
