The mission of the Division of Business and Finance is to provide administrative and fiscal support services to all constituencies of the college. The division is responsible for maintaining the fiscal stability, integrity and technological advancement of the College, and providing efficient administrative support services through sound fiscal and administrative policies, procedures, and best practices. The functions of recording financial transactions, safeguarding physical and financial assets, allocation of resources, procurement, and delivery of college services, and safety and security of the campus community are managed through the Departments of: Controller, Information Technology Services, Facilities Management and Dining Services.
The overall goal is to support the College in its efforts to prepare students to function effectively in the workplace and highly competitive technologically advanced global society.
Directors of each unit are responsible for taking a proactive approach in managing their respective unit. This approach includes: providing leadership, direction, and guidance to support staff; creating and maintaining an open line of communication with all parties; and holding staff accountable for their job performances. This approach also includes using current reporting tools and other technologies to automate, streamline operations, and increase productivity.
The division strives to improve the quality of life, services, and relations to students, faculty, and staff by continually providing and upgrading when necessary, services, training, and staff development opportunities.

Business and Auxiliary Services
The mission of the Office of Business and Auxiliary Services is to provide quality services in support of business units that service the campus wide community. These units include the Mail Center, Copy Center, Scheduling/Event Planning and LaBelle Shoppe. The office is also responsible for managing vending and laundry services, and the College’s rental property.

Cashier’s Office
The mission of the Bursar’s/Cashier’s Office is to collect, record, and timely deposit of all monies received from students, faculty, staff, and external sources and constituents of the College. The office is also responsible for the distribution of students net loan proceeds and employees travel advance/reimbursement checks. The office works in conjunction with the Office of Student Accounts in billing and collecting student liabilities and accounts receivable. The office also works in conjunction with the Office of Financial Aid in monitoring and managing the collection of outstanding student scholarships from various sponsors.
