The mission of the Controller’s Office is to provide accountability of financial resources and administer the day-to-day fiscal operations of the College. The office is responsible for maintaining the general ledger and providing information to assist departments in monitoring their budgets and accounts. The office is also responsible for preparing the College’s audited financial statements, accounting and reporting for contracts and grants, endowments, and fixed assets and equipment. The Controller’s Office consists of six functional areas: Student Financial Services which includes the Bursar/Cashier and Student Accounts Offices: Contracts and Grants Accounting/Purchasing, Payroll Services, Accounts Payable, Business/Auxiliary Services, and Default Loan Management. The Controller’s Office is committed to providing quality, efficient, and timely customer service to the community in compliance with College policies, procedures, and federal and state regulations.
