IPAER – Institutional Planning, Assessment, Effectiveness, and Research – is the Bennett College office responsible for coordinating student, faculty, and staff data to inform and improve decision-making at the college.
The IPAER office coordinates the development and monitoring of the strategic plan, the evaluation of all academic and support programs, and data collection, analysis, and reporting of information for the College to remain in compliance with governments and accreditation organizations. Our office annually submits nine major IPEDS (Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System) reports to the US Department of Education that document elements of college operation such as finance, human resources, student enrollment, and financial aid. Survey construction and accreditation reporting are ongoing activities within the office. IPAER staff also conduct ad hoc studies across all areas of operation, with a focus on student success.
