In academic year 2021-2022, Bennett College was selected as one of twenty-eight Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) across the country to launch the inaugural Strada HBCU Initiative, which included its first program, Strada Scholars. Now in the second year of the Strada HBCU Initiative’s eight-year commitment to participating institutions, Bennett College announces the 2022-2023 Strada Scholars. Dr. Mondrail Myrick, Bennett College Director of Information Technology, has been selected to present his proposal on Retention Elasticity (The Relationship Between Cohort Size and Retention) at the national conference of the Association for Institutional Research National. The selection process for submitted proposals is very competitive. Dr. Myrick will be a Session Speaker for the 2023 conference held in Cleveland, Ohio, May 30 – June 2.
