At Bennett College Vaccines and Daily Check-ins Required

In order to continue attendance at Bennett College, all students and employees must:
  1. Register to use the Magnus app
  2. Submit proof of full vaccination on the app
  3. Continue to submit daily check-ins on the app.

Sign Up

Employees must contact HR to sign up.

Students sign up by contacting the Health Center

This is much as I could recall. Apologies, but I could not find any more specific details on how to this. Please provide specific steps.

Verify full vaccination

Access the Magnus Health portal by going to https://secure.magnushealthportal.com/.

Once logged Magnus will present a list of requirements. To provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization locate the "Turn it in" button for the requirement labelled "Immunization Form."

Students

After tapping the "Turn it in" button, Magnus displays a pop up. Tap the "No, download my form" button. Once the form is completed, it can be uploaded by access this page and tapping the button labeled "Yes, Submit". Magnus will then give you the option to either fax or upload the completed immunization form.

Then Magnus will provide a "browser" to button find and select the form from you computer. After selecting the file, tap the "Upload File(s)" button. After a few seconds, Magnus will provide a "Saved Successfully" confirmation on the file upload which can be closed out of.

Employees

After tapping the "Turn it in" button, Magnus displays a pop up. Do not Tap the "No, download my form" button as this document is for students. Once the immunization form, provided to you via email, is completed, it can be uploaded by access this page and tapping the button labeled "Yes, Submit". Magnus will then give you the option to either fax or upload the completed immunization form.

Then Magnus will provide a "browser" to button find and select the form from you computer. After selecting the file, tap the "Upload File(s)" button. After a few seconds, Magnus will provide a "Saved Successfully" confirmation on the file upload which can be closed out of.

Access the Magnus Health portal by going to https://secure.magnushealthportal.com/.

Once logged Magnus will present a list of requirements. To complete a daily check-in find the listing labeled "COVID-19 Daily Assessment".

not sure what the steps are. I could not find anything on how to submit a daily check. Please provide specific steps.
