Assatta Blount-Palmer, a graduating senior majoring in Psychology with a minor in Entrepreneurship at Bennett College, has been chosen to participate as a speaker in The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE<\/a>) 4th Annual HBCU Summit. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The event will take place virtually on February 22, 2024, at 1:00 PM ET.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The NACE Summit, themed “Talent Acquisition Reimagined: Cultivating Partnerships and Defining Innovation,”<\/strong> aims to address the gaps and explore solutions in talent engagement within Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Assatta Blount-Palmer will be part of a panel titled “HBCU Student Voices on What Matters Most When Recruiting: Part 2.” This segment builds upon the discussions initiated in Part 1, featuring candid conversations among HBCU seniors and graduate students. Blount-Palmer will share insights and perspectives on effectively connecting with HBCU student talent, offering suggestions based on her own academic journey and experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The panel will be moderated by Catrina DosReis, Director of Learning and Development at McKinney, and will include other distinguished speakers from various HBCUs across the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
