Bennett has a long history of advocacy and civic engagement—including the often untold story of Bennett students’ role in planning and participating in the Greensboro sit-ins. This virtual gathering honors that legacy while creating space for reflection on our past, dialogue about the present, and consideration of the importance of our voices in shaping the future.
