Dr. Dawkins to appear on Greensboro Community TV

Bennett College Family, please be on the lookout for the debut of Bennett College President Dr. Phyllis Worthy Dawkins on Greensboro Community Television! Dr. Dawkins was recently interviewed by Greensboro Glimpses host Jay Lambeth, and her interview is scheduled to run on Tuesday, October 31, at 7:30 a.m., on Wednesday, November 1, at 3 p.m. and on Thursday, November 2, at 9 p.m. (Dr. Dawkins’ interview may also be shown at other, unscheduled times.)

During the nearly 30-minute interview, Dr. Dawkins discusses all that makes Bennett College so special, including its traditions and sisterhood. She also highlights new programs and initiatives at Bennett and our robust International Program, and she addresses our efforts to increase funding and enrollment.

Greensboro Community Television can be seen on Channel 8 on the Spectrum News Channel (formerly Time Warner Cable); and on Channel 99 for AT&T U-Verse subscribers. Additionally, it can be streamed on the Internet at GCTV.viebit.com.
