Strategic Vision and Leadership: Dr. Santiba Campbell Appointed Chief Strategy Officer at Bennett College, Effective October 20, 2025
Dr. Campbell is an accomplished academic leader and educator with a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Delaware. Formerly Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs, she has played a pivotal role in shaping Bennett’s institutional vision and strengthening academic leadership across disciplines.
Her research explores the psychological well-being and success of African Americans in the face of racial discrimination—work that informs her teaching, scholarship, and commitment to advancing equity in higher education.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Dr. Campbell will continue to guide Bennett College in aligning mission, innovation, and measurable impact.
