Mr. Stanley became the Director of the Office of Sponsored Programs in September 2022 at Bennett College. He was formerly the Special Assistant to the President of DEI and Strategic Initiative at West Liberty University. He served as the Chief of Staff and Executive Director of Title III Programs at Voorhees College. Stanley Earned a juris doctorate at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Criminal Justice at NC Central University, Durham, North Carolina.

Mrs. Shilpa Srinivasa is a native of India. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Computer Application. With 5 years’ experience as a Grants Coordinator at Savannah State University. She has extensive expertise in pre-award and post-award processes, budgeting, and assisting faculty with grant submissions. Prior to this role, she served as an administrative assistant on multiple grants. Shilpa leverages her administrative and computer skills to help faculty and staff write and execute grants efficiently.
